I am a digital product designer with 10+ years of experience of crafting software and solutions for businesses in many industries. Although my main expertises are interaction and visual design, recent years of engagements in end-to-end digital innovation projects has allowed me to become more multidisciplinary across the UX spectrum.
I am currently working at MING Labs as the Design Lead, overseeing an interdisciplinary UX team in Asia. Leading major design projects for key accounts of the China, Germany, and Singapore. I am also responsible for establishing best practises across the design team, career development for designers, and support firm leadership on operation and strategy topics.
A couple of professional topics I am focusing on at the moment including sustainable design & green UX, how generative AI will impact UX design, AR/VR interaction, and internationalization of Chinese local brands.
